Goodness
Goodness is a quality of the silent inborn Essence of our Being. When we’re in tune with our own goodness, we relate to our life experiences, both difficult and joyful, with inner balance. We feel capable of moving through challenges without being overwhelmed or stuck in stress and traumatic experiences. We’re able to process and complete them. From goodness, we can experience greater relaxation and alertness, and savor the preciousness of life.
Renewing Goodness Sessions
Drawing on my experience as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (Peter Levine), a classical homeopath, an emotional healing practitioner and spiritual mentor, I am committed to helping you restore your well-being and inner goodness at your own pace. I am offering a way to naturally renegotiate those traumatic and disturbing experiences, rebalance the nervous system and begin to self-regulate difficult emotions and mindsets.
