My Background

I am Alia Lesko (she / her), a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, SEP; a Naturopath Practitioner including non-medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy (certified and registered in Germany 1991); Classical Homeopath (certified 1992); and an Emotional Healing Facilitator (certified 2007).

Over the last 40 years, I have been engaged in Buddhism, modern psychology, natural holistic healing systems, and body work, always with a genuine interest in finding how to connect embodied humanity with spiritual reality of everyday life. I love my work. Everything I’m offering comes out of my own burning inquiry and deep commitment.

I’ve been a student and client in every method and path that I’m offering and I am still learning everyday. The privilege to work with people in my practice who are renewing and restoring their deepest possible nature is a dream coming true for me and I hold it as a sacred experience.
